I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to the main bus station and within walking distance of the train station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff even going the extra mile to leave a handwritten note each day. However, finding the hotel from Nagoya station was a bit challenging.
